Come and check out our Awana program. Complete from 3 year olds through 6th grade, we have something exciting for every
child. Join us at 7 PM and get ready to have a great time at with music! Every month we have a fun theme night to dress
crazy and play silly games. Sparkies and T & T will enjoy our high-energy game time and then settle down for a bible story
and to memorize God's word. New this year! Awana headquarters has developed new curriculum for 3-6 graders designed
to capture their attention and challenge their minds. Come join us and enter the "Start Zone" to get a glimpse of what awaits
you. Meet a new cast of characters and their dog "Streamwood" that will take you on the Ultimate Adventure! Click on the T

| Bus Ministry |
|
We at Crossroads take Luke 14:23 to heart. We as the servants of God go out into the highways, homes and apartments of
our day to reach girls, boys and their families with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
"Luke 14:23 And the lord said unto the servant, Go
out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled."
We now have bus routes in Verona, parts of Fishersville and Waynesboro. Our Bus Captains visit their routes each week to
challenge the children and their parents to come to Sunday School and Church.
Our Bus Captains work very closely with the other ministries of our church to make sure that your child is safe at all
times, from the moment they are picked up at your door to the time they are returned to your door.
We also have special days and contests through out the year on the bus routes.
We would count it a privilege to have you and your child come to Sunday School and Church.

| Children’s Ministries |
|
We have Sunday School classes starting, at age 2 years old and up.
All classes are taught by will trained teachers and all have trusted Christ as their personal Savior.
We have two children churches:
Little People Church ages 3 years old through 6 years old.
Junior Church ages 1st grade through 5th grade. Junior Church activities include songs, games,
puppets and drama to get the Bible Stories told to the children.
We also have AWANA Clubs on Wednesday Nights at 6:50 PM. |

| Music Ministries |
|
“Let the Word of the Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms
and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

CBC Music Department offers a complete musical program from preschool to adult.
Our children’s choirs start at age five and extend through fifth grade students. In these choir our children learn
basics of music and begin to sing in our services.
These choirs are divided into two groups. King’s Kids include K2 through 3rd Grade while our 4th through 6th
Grade are known as K.I.D.S. (Kids In Divine Service), provide the church with a summer and Christmas musical.
YES (Youth Enjoying Singing) consists of teens, 7th through 12th Grade. This group provides
special music for Sunday services once each month. They also team up with the adult choir for a special Easter production
each year.
CELEBRATION Choir is made up of dedicated volunteers who sing for both of our Sunday
services. Majority of our special music is provided by these members by involving themselves in special groups, quartets,
duets and trios. Those members having talent for instruments are encouraged to use their gift as offertories or special music.
It is the goal of the Music Ministry to reach the lost and disciple the saved through their music while creating an atmosphere
of worship during the services. |

| Youth Ministries |
|
Awana for youth. These are coed clubs. Junior Varsity (grades 7th-8th)
and Varsity (grades 9th-12th) meet each Sunday afternoon at 4:30 PM starting in the church gym
for an exciting time of fun games. Then upstairs for handbook & Bible Study.
